Dennis: Just by to say hello, wonderful insight, for one so young I didn't have that much to think about until I was twice your age! Keep it up Dennis
Funky: Me again!! I have added you to my friends list I hope this is OK
Funky: Here's the truth: pigs prefer to keep themselves clean. The problem is that pigs can't sweat very much. Sweating helps you keep an even temperature. As sweat evaporates, it absorbs heat away from your body. Because hogs have very few sweat glands, they have to find other ways to keep cool. Pigs would much rather lounge in a clean pool of water, but that usually isn't an option. So, pigs lie in mud. The mud absorbs their bodies' excess heat I hope this helps!!!
Pete aka Funky: Greetings from England!! I am a farmer myself - was browsing and found your site. Stop by and visit Funky and Friends.
Blossom: I really enjoy the wisdom of your entries. Mind if I add you to my friends list? You are a daily "must read".
Louis: Somebody stole all my tags, so I thought I'd visit again.
Diddleysquat: Well, it's thursday!
Diddleysquat: I asked because I was sitting here thinking I am sweating like a pig and then it occurred to me that was an assumption on my part. I'd no idea if pigs sweat. Just thought you might know!
dennis: I'm not sure if pigs sweat. But I know they smell terrible. We don't have pigs but the Amish guy across the street does and that's as close to pigs as I want to get
Diddleysquat: Do pigs sweat?
Diddleysquat: Top o' the morn to you!

power

In the culture we live in we keep a certain level of consciousness by
using organized power.  The vehicle you drive is organized power.
The energy of your vehicle keeps you at a higer level of
consciousness than you would be at if you didn't own one or have
access to one.  If you don't believe me just stop using a motorized
vehicle for a month and after that month look in the mirror and
you'll hardly recognize yourself.  Without organized power you would
be forced to use personal power like walking.  Personal power comes
from God without the drawback of greed and control entering the
equation. Horses are a good means of personal power.  They have certainly helped me to keep my consciousness level high enough to stay free.
