The mind can only materialize love, freedom, truth, beauty, health, wisdom and all of the other ideas we label as virtuous. For example if you truely try to love someone the first thing you will notice is that this other person becomes more important to you than your own fears and your fears will start to disappear as love grows and takes their place. Then your world starts to materialize around you out of love not fear. And the things and the people who make up this world become manifestations of your love. The manifestations may change as this plane of time and space and other ego's work over your world, but as long as you are a witness to the love behind your material world your mind will keep creating a situation in which love can live and grow.

   Yesterday my wife Kathy was sitting in the shade taking a break from the 100 degree weather when she looked up to see our herd of cows walking out into the hot sun to their next pasture.  Usually in hot weather cows have a tendency to hang around and not go anywhere, but I've been spending a lot of time with them lately and they knew I had prepared another lush pasture for them.  In that moment of looking, Kathy could see all the hard work I put into the cows and could feel the beauty and harmony of the whole cow trip.  You could say she caught a glimpse of God.  And this is how God shows himself on this plane.  Very subtly.

I guess for most of my life I couldn't figure out why Christ got up on that cross, but lately I'm starting to understand, which is a little scary in itself. 

Being a willing victim is a very powerful spiritual move.  Egos are not capable of making such a move and have no defense against it.  Giving up your material world which includes your body to preserve the integrity of your soul is a move that leads directly to God.

Lately I've been learning a lot from my old dog.  It seems working and running the cows on the farm is keeping him alive.  But he's a little too old to jump up in the back of the pick-up with the tail gate down and he knows it.  But even though he knows he can't make the jump he tries anyway and I have to catch his rear end and push it into the truck at the right moment.  So I was thinking that we all are faced with the same problem at some time in our lives.  We know we're not strong enough to make the jump that's in front of us in order to stay alive, and some of us make the jump anyway and the hand of God reaches out and pushes our rear end into the truck.  The rest of us don't try the jump and end up amoung the living dead.

  Yesterday I was out fixing fence with my two dogs.  One of the dogs we've had for many years and is now too old to get in and out of the back of the truck by himself.  But he loves to come and scout out the woods and fields and then as I was helping him back into the truck I thought of all the years we had together when he would leap from the truck and run around chasing cows.   I thought what a cruel joke life would be if we were only our bodies.  But life isn't a joke and we really are more than our bodies.  Here is an e-mail I recieved by someone who knows of another plane of existence.

    It's very hard to explain what I see...I see EVERYTHING as if I'm god ! I go wherever I want..for example I can go to a park, then to the clouds, then to another country, to the nature, to private houses of other people (it doesn't matter if I've seen the  homes/ views/ countries/ landscapes, people, animals, etc'... before, or not ! every thing's possible !!! also other creatures are around there's everything you can (and can't) imagine !!!) I see everything in details as much as I chose to. there are the 5 senses that we all know in this 3 dimensional reality we live in, but there are so many other senses that I can't explain (go do it, and you'll see what I mean ! I don't find a way  to give you the picture). there's also sound but it's so different. so much richer and divert and deeper !there's absolutely nothing to compare with this world. it's like a big endless hug with god and god and I are one big endless thing. and I  AM EVERYTHING ! I FEEL EVERYTHING ! CONNECTED TO EVERYTHING !!!TOTALLY !!! THE FEELING IS COMPLETE FREEDOM ENDLESS LOVE AND A HAPPINESS THAT CAN'T BE DESCRIBED !!! there's no separation at all ! I feel everything one with me. if I look at the ant it's a part of me and I'm so full of love I can't even try to explain !  I feel the biggest love there is (which I don't think exist when we're in the body, (even if you're an extremely loving person with an amazing ability for love, still there's nothing to compare !!!) the colors are so many many more, so deep, I didn't find them here. I tried to paint them but couldn't because there weren't enough colors (even if you say"but you can make many colors ! endless possibilities ! -I'd still reply that it's not endless in the 3 dimensions perception, like it is in the out of body world !), the minute I come back and wake up into my body it's like a memory of a dream, and the frames of thinking and the walls of human narrow  perception (even to the most open minded person) are coming again.

We are on this plane because we all believe in the illusion of time and space.  We believe we can put time and space between us and our karma.  Like if you rob a bank first you run away to put space between what you did and the consequences of your act.  Then if someone comes after you, you shoot him to give yourself a little more time before you are caught.  In effect you steal his time and space and add it to your own.  It's all illusion anyway so this is possible.  But in the end time and space disappear and God gives us our report card.

   The world did indeed come for me and try to erase me.  Unfortunately for the world there is no me, only God in a box called Dennis Trainor.  At the bottom of the box the people who dealt me the death blow found the angry face of God or the smiling face of God, depending on the awareness of each person.  For in the end I was able to become a witness  for truth.

We became aware of eachother about 5 years ago.  We both knew then that it would be a struggle to the end.  I try to bring my will into harmony with concepts like truth, love, freedom, and justice.  She on the other hand manipulates circumstances and people to add power to her own personal will to control as far as the eye can see.  We were both relating to a person who was very dear to me and was important for her to control.  We went back and forth for a few years until last year she made a very powerful surface move which involved hundreds of thousands of dollars  and a relocation of about a hundred people.  The community I live in took a serious blow and is still in danger of breaking up.

   I entered a very dark period where I couldn't find God inside myself and therefore I couldn't see God in the circumstances around me either.  I was very aware of death and wasn't sure if my time had come.  Then another dark figure entered my life and I became a witness to his act of killing his wife.  On the surface of things she died of cancer but at a deeper level one becomes a witness to murder.  On that deeper level the spirit of the murdered wife entered my consciousness and told me I had to cut off my relationship with the person I mentioned earlier or I would end up as she did.  I took out the sword of truth and cut at the relationship until I saw a flicker of light at the end of my dark tunnel and started my journey back to God.

   The movie Man on the Moon was a great demonstration of non attachment.  Jim Carey played a comedian who had many faces and personalities but was attached to none of them.  For example he was into wrestling women and after each victory he would strut around the ring and brag about how great he was.  The fans would boo him and call him names but it didn't upset him because he was as detached from this personality as the fans.  And then when his boss told him he was going to lose his job because of his wrestling career he came on like he was really upset but once again it was only a personality playing a role.  It seemed no circomstance could touch the real person.  He told his girl friend that he wanted to find the real me, and she said there was no real me inside of him and he said oh right I forgot.  In the end however he got attached to his audience and that attachment killed him.

So most people start out with the premise that I am here in my body and everyone and everything is out there.  Chance and luck knock me around in the form of sickness and accidents and if I want what's out in the world I have to beat the other people out there to get it.

I feel everything on the outside is just a reflection of what is in the inside.  You totally create your world and if you see anything in it you don't like you have to find out how you gave your consent to it or it wouldn't be there.  In other words we are all totally responsible for everything in our world.  Here's a quote from someone who believes in this idea.

can obtain is overwhelmingly powerful. It is a thousand times stronger

Truth's lofty level, you will never again tremble before any man or
